MISVI offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the delivery date. Please note that this policy does not apply to personalized jewellery, coins, utensils, and God idols unless they are defective or spurious. Returns must be in original packaging and unused.

How can I return my order if I didn't like the product?

Can I exchange the product if I don't like it?

What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product in our warehouse. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment source. For COD orders, a Razorpay Payout link will be provided for you to enter your details. Wallet refunds will be credited back to your wallet.

How many days will it take for my return to be picked up?

Can I return two orders together?
